I’m really thrilled to be able to share the final covers for THE STARLIGHT STABLES GANG book 1, due out at the end of March 2023!
You’ll notice that there are TWO covers: this is because the book is being released simultaneously in paperback (the cover on the right) and limited edition hardback (the cover with the border on the left).
It’ll be five years since my last novel for the 8-12 age group, JELLY, was published, and SSG1 will be my FIFTIETH book! So it’s fantastic to be working alongside equestrian superstar blogger ThisEsme and the team at Puffin – and I think readers are going to LOVE the illustrations by Hannah George too, they’re SO cute!
This weekend, Esme is at the International Horse Show in London, and I’m wrapping up presents and tying up some loose ends before my kids break up for Christmas. I’ve handed in the first draft of Book 2, so that’s two books written in seven months, and I reckon I’ve earned that big bottle of Baileys on the side in the kitchen!
